The New York Premiere of 'Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close' was held at The Ziegfeld Theatre. Max Von Sydow and Catherine Brelet stood with a guest on the red carpet but not for very long. The young star of the film, Thomas Horn, looked excited and a little nervous to be attending the premiere as he beamed for the cameras. Meanwhile, his costar Viola Davis stood out in a bright pink dress.Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson also star in this moving film about a young boy living in New York around the time of the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Center
