Cat Deeley hosts the latest reality dating show 'The Choice' on Fox tonight (June 8, 2012), with a pool of four famous bachelors looking for love. In the season opener, fans will get to see whether Pauly D (of Jersey Shore fame), ROMEO (of So Solid Crew) and Kim's brother Rob Kardashian find the girl of their dreams.

Speaking to the New York Daily News ahead of the premiere, British presenter Deeley said, "It was funny how competitive the guys got over the girls they were interested in, like Pauly D would get really competitive with Romeo". The show is not unlike the 1960s and 1970s programme 'The Dating Game', or the UK's 'Blind Date', in which contestants get the chance to listen to potential dates talk about themselves without initially seeing them. In a concept similar to singing show 'The Voice', the Bachelors are encouraged to pull their "love handle" should they want to go on a date with the contestant. Deeley added, "The show doesn't take itself too seriously. It was also hilarious to see some of the celebrities meet their choices for the first time".

In one of the later episodes of the first series, 'The Choice' swaps its four famous bachelors for bachelorettes, with model turned actress Carmen Electra heading the field.
