Candice Swanepoel prefers to use natural products like olive oil, tea tree and coconut oil in her beauty regime.
Candice Swanepoel pampers herself with products ''you would normally find in your fridge.''
The Victoria's Secret model, who became a brand ambassador for the lingerie giant in 2010, revealed she is a fan of a natural beauty regime and uses oils and products from around the house to keep her hair and skin youthful.
She said: ''I use things you would normally find in your fridge ... argan oil for hair and cold pressed olive oil. I put this in my hair when it needs a bit of TLC.
''I use organic coconut oil to take my make-up off, on my hair and to cook with. Bio Oil is my favourite product from back home in South Africa and I love using it on my hair and body. I love to use natural products when I can - I love cleansers with green tea and tea-tree oil is a great one for my facial cleansing routine.''
The 26-year-old star - who got engaged to her boyfriend of a decade, Hermann Nicoli, 29, this week - added red lipstick and mascara are her make-up bag essentials and she is always prepared to take her home-made beauty kit away with her.
She told GraziaDaily.co.uk: ''I love a red lipstick - I'm currently using the new Max Factor Lipfinity Lipstick.
''It's more about preparing and making sure I have my favourite products when I'm on holiday, then I can have my ideal beauty routine when I'm away. It's usually a race to the airport and the plane, it's important to be prepared so that I have everything I need.''
