Sexy actress Cameron Diaz took an impromptu break from filming new movie Charlie's Angels: FULL THROTTLE - to deliver a baby cow.

The blonde star heard that a cow was in labour nearby the set of the action movie sequel, so she rushed off to help her give birth.

Movie makers were so impressed with Diaz's efforts, they have now written the birth into the movie.
