More acts have been announced for the ever growing line-up of London's Visions Festival, set to take place in August. With acts like Camera Obscura and The Antlers, this year is sure shaping up to be one of the best for Visions yet.
Now in its third year, Visions Festival brings a host of stellar new additions to their 2015 line-up, joining the likes of already announced The Antlers, Toy, Son Lux and Andy Stott. Plus, the day will be bigger than before with yet more venues added across London to celebrate what will hopefully be another sell-out success.
From across the pond, we'll be joined by Las Vegas singer Shamir and Florida trio Merchandise, and among our European counterparts are Jens Lekman and JJ (both Swedish). Oscar and Pix add to the growing list of local performances, will Glasgow indie pop collective Camera Obscura is probably the biggest announcement yet.
Among previously announced acts are British producers Andy Stott and Luke Abbott, indie trio The Antlers and the award-winning Son Lux from New York, not to mention San Francisco duo Peaking Lights, London's own Fat White Family, Hinds from Madrid and California punks Ceremony, who are set to release their new album 'The L-Shaped Man' in May.
Some of the new spaces announced for 2015's Visions include the Space Gallery Courtyard and St. John in Hackney Church, though there's a lot more information yet to be released so stay tuned.
Visions Festival takes place on August 8th 2015 and tickets are priced at a reasonable £30.
