"Everyone started chanting, 'Caitlyn, Caitlyn,'" a party-goer told E! News. "She got up and waved and smiled at everyone.” Cayne is said to have taken time to speak to Caitlyn, who was filming for her new E! reality show, ‘I Am Cait’ which begins next month.

Cayne, who is a legendary figure in the transgender community, also talked about getting to know Caitlyn during her set and dedicated the song ‘I Am a Woman’ to her. "Everyone was cheering and then Caitlyn got up and took some selfies," the source added. The 65 year old is also reported to have ‘made it rain money on the partygoers’ from her VIP balcony while Cayne performed ‘I Am a Woman’.

The appearance is Caitlyn first big public outing since her Vanity Fair cover was released in June. Late last week E! released a new clip for Jenner’s upcoming series ‘I Am Cait’, which showed the former Olympian promising ‘to talk about everything.’
