Bruce Willis and Demi Moore's daughter Tallulah has reportedly entered rehab for alcohol and drug abuse issues.
The 20 year old recently opened up about her struggles with body dysmorphia as a teen, revealing she deliberately dressed provocatively and starved herself to stay thin, and now Willis is seeking help for alcohol and cocaine abuse at The Meadows addictions and trauma centre in Arizona, according to Star magazine.
Willis' decision to enter treatment on 23 July (14) was reportedly prompted by her family.
Tallulah agreed to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings after her sister Scout reportedly caught her taking cocaine, and in June (14), she confessed her struggles to Moore, who convinced her to check into rehab, according to the publication.
A source says, "Demi was the shoulder to cry on that Tallulah needed so badly. Demi had been shocked when Tallulah confessed to her, but she knew enough not to judge. She knew her daughter needed her and she was glad she could be there to help."
The news comes just two years after Moore checked into a Utah rehab facility for stress and exhaustion amid her split from Ashton Kutcher.
Representatives for Willis and Moore did not return Wenn's request for comment, while a spokesperson for Tallulah declined MailOnline.com's request for comment "at this stage".
