Bruce Jenner will reportedly confirm he is transitioning to a woman in an upcoming interview with Diane Sawyer. He will also allegedly be revealing the female name he wishes to be addressed by before transitioning. However, Jenner is reportedly less willing to share other aspects of his transition including his television show with his ex-wife Kris Jenner. Kris has reportedly offered her advice, as she is executive producer and a star of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but Jenner has reportedly refused her help.

Jenner has reportedly sat down for a candid interview with Sawyer and discussed the early stages of his transition. According to reports on RadarOnline, Jenner will reveal during the aired interview the name he has chosen to use as he transitions. Interestingly, Jenner did not refer to his gender identity in the first person. "[Jenner] referred to her in the third person," a source told Radar. It has not been confirmed by Jenner or Sawyer if and when the interview will be aired.

Meanwhile, reports suggest Jenner's own reality show is developing but Jenner has allegedly refused the help of his ex-wife Kris Jenner. 65-year-old Jenner's decision, according to sources, is seemingly due to wanting to move away from Keeping Up With the Kardashians and Kris' control.

"It's his [Jenner's] decisions on everything and it's his show," the source said. "He won't let her [Kris] to make any decisions or have any say."

The same source also suggested Jenner's decision may have influenced by how Kris behaved following their divorce. The couple separated in 2013 but finalised their divorce in December 2014. "He [Jenner] wants to do his own thing," a source said, as The Mirror reports. "She [Kris] used to have to be in charge of everything! And when she divorced Bruce she basically said, 'I'm not supporting you.'"

Jenner has been making headlines for other news than his alleged transition recently as he was involved in a car crash on Saturday (7th February). Although Jenner walked away physically unharmed from the incident, one person died and another five were injured. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
