The 31-year-old star and son of the 65-year-old former Olympian - who was known as Bruce Jenner before undergoing a gender transition - believes it would be easy for him to set his mother up following her split from third wife Kris Jenner.
Asked if he would play matchmaker for Caitlyn, he told SiriusXM channel Shade 45: ''I mean if she needed it, yeah, I mean whatever, of course. Yeah man.
''That is a tough question. I mean, if Caitlyn really needed it, yeah of course. Whatever it is all good.
''Caitlyn likes women so it would be, you know, it wouldn't be that hard to find a chick for Caitlyn. You know? Why not?''
Despite the transition, Caitlyn's children still call her 'dad' and Brody has admitted they have ''fun'' and ''joke around'' about their parent's changes.
He said: ''[We call her] Dad. You know, honestly, you gotta have a little bit of humour with it, too.
''I mean we joke around about stuff and we have fun with it. That's the way to make it easy, you know, and even Caitlyn says that 'It's OK I'm still your dad, I will always be your dad. It's just now, I'm Caitlyn.'''
Brody - whose mother is Caitlyn's second wife Linda Thompson - says he ''doesn't have'' a relationship with his father's third wife, but insists there are no negative feelings between them.
He said: ''Oh man. Kris and I, honestly, we never talk. You know what I mean? I mean, it's not like we have a bad relationship and it's not like we have a good relationship we just don't have a relationship really...
''There's just been a lot of moving parts in our family and it's a big family. And Kris and I, we just don't talk. That's all I'm going to say. I'm going to say, Kris is Kris, Brody is Brody, we will keep it at that.
''I do like her. Yeah, yeah. Absolutely. I think Kris is a very smart woman and I think she is an incredible mother to her children, to her children. Her children. Yes, her children.''
