Veteran musician Brian Eno has ruled out ever reuniting with Roxy Music for a tour and he is adamant his former bandmates are happy with his decision.
The keyboardist quit the group in 1973 and went on to enjoy a stellar career as a producer and solo artist.
He contributed tracks to a new album in 2005, but Eno insists he has no desire to re-join Bryan Ferry's band on the road.
Eno tells The New Review magazine, "It's simply not my temperament to look back, which is why, for example, I could never tour with Roxy Music again. (The subject keeps coming up) but I keep telling them I don't want to do it."
Asked if his former bandmates begrudge his decision, Eno says, "No, no. They are nice people - they understand."
