Bob Marley's widow Rita and their children have filed a lawsuit to prevent the reggae legend's half-brother from cashing in on his famous relative's name without permission.
The Marleys claim Richard Booker has been using his connection to the late One Love singer to promote concerts in Miami, Florida and all manner of fish produce under his Mama Marley banner.
Rita and the kids are suing Booker for trademark infringement and unauthorised use of Marley's likeness, according to Tmz.com.
They are demanding his profits from Marley-related products.
Ironically, plaintiffs Stephen, Damian and Julian Marley are among the headliners at Booker's 9 Mile Music Festival in 2012.
