'Gossip Girl' star Blake Lively talks beauty in a red carpet interview at the 2014 God's Love We Deliver Golden Heart Awards held at Spring Studios in New York.
Asked if she had any favourite religious buildings, she revealed,'My brother took me to Cologne, Germany when I was 15 and there were so many beautiful cathedrals now I don't know any specific ones. And I just went to Barcelona for the first time this year...' Discussing make-up, she admits that her mother would never leave the house without it. 'I remember one time she didn't have any make up and she needed to go somewhere and she used Advil as blush and then she found an ash tray and used the ash as eyeshadow. But looked amazing! I don't advise doing that.' The actress, who is pregnant with her first child, also joked that she was planning to amp up her style by wearing stretchier clothes 'because that's all that fits'.
