Steven Moffatt, producer of the 'Sherlock' TV series starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Martin Freeman and Andrew Scott, has revealed that he has got 'nowhere' with the making of the third series of the show.
After being asked where he was in the production of season three, Moffat promptly told the UK's Metro newspaper, "We have got nowhere with the new series of Sherlock. I've still got the Doctor Who Christmas special to shoot first. I haven't finished it". It seems organisation and time keeping doesn't always have to be important to be an award-winning producer. Moffat recently revealed to The Sun that he never even writes down plotlines, claiming to have "a terrible superstition of writing things down".
Fans of 'Sherlock' will certainly not be happy to discover that the third series will not be with them any time soon. Much speculation about the next series has flooded the internet since the famed detective faked his own death in order to save his friends. Despite the long wait for the resolution, Moffat is not prepared to give anything away saying only: "I've been online and looked at all the theories and there's one clue that everyone's missed".
