Beirut have announced their signing to 4AD Records, along with a brand new full-length album release entitled 'No No No' which is set to hit shelves in the Fall of 2015. Plus, they're scheduled to hit the road this summer alongside the album release.

Zach Condon from Beirut promoZach Condon returns with a new album from Beirut - 'No No No'

Zach Condon's multi-instrumental band Beirut are set to return four years since the release of their last album, 'The Rip Tide', marking their fourth full record and their first on their new deal with 4AD. You can expect more ethereal vocals, driving rhythms and colourful soundscapes from this alternative folk collective if the title track is anything to go by, and this worldly pop aesthetic is sure to grip global audiences.

Recorded over two weeks during an infamously bitter winter in New York, 'No No No' reflects a particularly difficult time for Condon, whose broken marriage and constant touring left him hospitalised with severe exhaustion. He was stuck in Australia at the time, but has thankfully managed to pull his life back together by getting back to New York and finding love again.

Beirut was originally a solo project for Santa Fe, New Mexico born Condon, before it was expanded into a full band in 2006 ahead of the release of their debut album 'Gulag Orkestar'. Since then, they have released 2007's 'The Flying Club Cup', the aforementioned 2011 record 'The Rip Tide' and a series of EPs, and they're showing no signs of slowing down. Condon has since branched out into guest appearances, featuring on The New Pornographers' album 'Together' and Sharon Van Etten's 2012 song 'We Are Fine'.

They will be headlining a Radio City Music Hall gig in New York and performing at London's Brixton Academy, alongside a number of festival appearances such as Ottawa Jazz Festival, Musicfest NW and Festival International de Jazz de Montreal.
