Barron Hilton's alleged attacker insists Lindsay Lohan had nothing to do with their fight.
The 24-year-old brother of Paris Hilton had claimed the troubled actress had ordered for him to be beaten up by Ray Lemoine at a party on Star Island in Miami on Friday night (06.12.13) for ''talking sh*t'' about her boyfriend, but the blogger insists the 'Mean Girls' star is innocent and the row was triggered by Barron bragging about his famous family and refusing to leave the party.
Defending Lindsay, Ray wrote on Vocativ.com: ''I woke up to discover that a bunch of people had been up all night doing Molly [MDMA]. My friend's [Cy Waits'] name was on the lease of this mansion, and we didn't want anyone to trash it, so we started kicking people out. I walked out to the patio and I saw this blond brosef in a top hat and John Lennon glasses ... when I asked him to leave, he went bonkers. 'Do you know who my sisters are?' Barron got in my face and wouldn't shut up about his stupid family. Eventually he pushed me. And that's when the alleged assault, which of course I deny, took place. (I imagine he wouldn't have even gotten cut if it wasn't for those stupid glasses.)''
Barron has reportedly returned to Los Angeles and has hired top barrister Robert Shapiro, who is ''exploring all options'' about the case, as well as meeting with a plastic surgeon to discuss his injuries.
