Barbra Streisand once turned down Marlon Brando by shunning the actor's amorous advances during a romantic day trip.
The singer/actress reveals Brando whisked her away on a drive through the California desert in the 1970s, but when The Godfather star asked Streisand to spend the night with him, she refused.
Speaking at a screening of her new movie The Guilt Trip in New York, Streisand told reporters, "He wanted to go to the desert to see the wildflowers. He wanted to stay overnight. I said, ‘No, I don’t know you well enough.’ (It was just a) daytime trip to see the sagebrush and the wildflowers... I remember ordering hamburgers (at a restaurant) and going, 'This is Marlon Brando!' He was great."
