The beef started after Rihanna criticised Donald Trump’s executive order banning citizens from seven countries, Iraq, Yemen Syria, Sudan, Iran, Somalia and Libya from entering the US for 90 days.
Azealia Banks is now feuding with Rihanna
On Twitter Rihanna wrote: “Disgusted! The news is devastating! America is being ruined right before our eyes! What an immoral pig you have to be to implement such BS!!”
Banks, who supported Trump in the US election, then hit back at Rihanna in a now-deleted Instagram post. "As far as Rihanna (who isn't a citizen, and can't vote) and all the rest of the celebrities who are using their influence to stir the public, you lot really REALLY need to shut up and sit down.
”Stop chastising the president. It's stupid and pathetic to watch,” Banks added, according to E! News. "All of these confused people confuse other confused people.”
But Rihanna was quick to respond, posting an image of herself on Instagram and writing, ‘the face you make when you a immigrant’ and hashtagging the post #stayawayfromthechickens #iheartnuggets #saveourhens, a reference to Banks’ recent witchcraft controversy.
However, according to E!, Banks escalated the feud by posting screenshot of Rihanna’s phone number, in another now-deleted Instagram post. Banks is said to have written, ‘Bombs away’, while sharing Rihanna’s alleged phone number, which E! reports has now been disconnected.
This isn't the first time Banks has called out Rihanna on social media. Last year she criticised Rihanna and Drake’s video for ‘Work’ tweeting: “Work video reminds me of baby boy video with Sean Paul except not as fly.
"Music is honestly so f**king trash and boring. Let’s start a f**king beef and make s**t interesting. All these f**king pill popping divas doing the LEAST and the shit is boring. Get these h**s a coffee and a pair of boxing gloves,” she added. “Bring out the real artists !!!!!”
