Rapper Azealia Banks Is Reportedly Facing A Police Investigation Over Allegations She Was Involved In A Bust-up With A Security Guard.
Editors at TMZ.com state the musician was kicked out of the Break Room 86 venue in Los Angeles in October (15) after her behaviour was deemed "unruly", and after being told to leave, Azealia reportedly tried to pull the fire alarm on her way out.
She allegedly became involved in an altercation with a security guard as he attempted to stop her from touching the fire control valves, and officers of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) have reportedly opened a criminal battery investigation.
The news comes after Azealia, 24, cancelled the remainder of her U.S. tour on Monday (09Nov15). She was due to play shows in five American cities throughout November (15), but now the gigs have been called off.
"Hi guys, I'm very busy at work," Azealia wrote on her Twitter page. "Your coins (money) will be refunded and I will be back in January."
It is thought she plans to go ahead with a concert at New York City's Terminal 5 venue on 19 November (15).
