The S.W.A.T. star gave birth to little Iyla Vue Hart last week (03Aug15) in Los Angeles, and the proud dad's representative tells Us Weekly both mum and baby are at home and healthy.

Scott and Hart, who was once a member of Simon Cowell's boy band Worlds Apart, wed in 2010 and are also parents to five-year-old daughter Ada.
