Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen launched a new line of T-shirts today (01.07.11).

The Row designers recently joined forces with BeachMint Inc - a company headed by MySpace founder Josh Berman - for, which combines shopping and social media and offers users recommendations for purchases with the range of $29.99 women's T-shirts their first collection.

Ashley said: "There's nothing better than a simple, chic and versatile T. When it's done right, you just know. That's what we do at StyleMint."

The twins are excited about working on personal recommendations for visitors to their site via questionnaires and will put together blogs, videos, trend reports, and styling tips.

Ashley said: "Online commerce is the perfect medium for us to create a new brand that is as much about the clothing as it is about the customer experience.

"BeachMint is the ideal partner, as they share our vision for the brand and have the resources and talent to execute it."

Mary-Kate added: "BeachMint understands how online shopping is evolving and the importance of creating an authentic relationship between designer and customer.

StyleMint is the second such venture for BeachMint, who teamed with Kate Bosworth and her stylist Cher Coulter to launch last October.
