The Toronto Film Festival line-up for 2014 is now complete.
Bill Murray is heading to the Toronto Film Festival with his latest movie St Vincent in which he plays a boozy war veteran who befriends Melissa McCarthy's young son. Toronto appears to have a number of the Oscar-buzz movies this year, with Nightcrawler, Foxcatcher and Mr Turner also showing in Canada.

In the latest batch of announcements, St Vincent joins Second Coming, a British movie starring Idris Elba about an unexpected pregnancy. X + Y is about a young maths prodigy played by Asa Butterfield. It also stars Sally Hawkins, Rafe Spall and the exceptional Eddie Marsan.

Given the hugely high profile line-up this year, Steve Carell, Michael Douglas, Tina Fey, Dustin Hoffman, Adam Sandler, Bill Murray, Bill Nighy, Al Pacino, Jake Gyllenhaal, Jennifer Aniston, Juliette Binoche, John Travolta, Kristen Wiig, Channing Tatum and Vanessa Redgrave are all expected to walk the red carpet in September.

Also announced today was a programme of conversations with some of the biggest stars in Hollywood including Reese Witherspoon, Denzel Washington, Richard Gere and Robert Duvall.
Last year, Steve McQueen's 12 Years a Slave won the People's Choice Award at Toronto before going on to win Best Picture at the Oscars. Philomena, also nominated at the Academy Awards, was the first runner-up.
The Toronto Film Festival runs from September 4-14 2014.
