Bryan Fuller is eyeing a Pushing Daisies reunion on his new horror series Hannibal by inviting Anna Friel, Lee Pace and Kristin Chenoweth to make cameos on the show.

Mads Mikkelsen stars in Fuller's new Tv show as Thomas Harris' cannibalistic creation Dr. Hannibal Lecter, the character made famous by Sir Anthony Hopkins in The Silence of the Lambs.

The show has proved a hit with critics, and Fuller admits he wants to work with his former Pushing Daisies cast again after the comedy was surprisingly cancelled in 2009.

He tells E! Online, "I talked to Lee Pace about doing a role on (Hannibal) this season. But he was doing a stage play and so we're planning to work that out with season two. He's definitely interested in doing the show and I would love to work with him again. I also very much want to work with Anna Friel again, and Kristin Chenoweth clearly has to play someone in the Boston arts scene. Perhaps an opera singer. So we are hoping to make that all happen."
