Anna Friel ''hopes'' to have another child.

The 'Heavy Water War' actress - who has an eight-year-old daughter, Gracie, from her relationship with David Thewlis - is currently with Rhys Ifans and admits she would love to expand her family further in the future.

Speaking in the new edition of InStyle magazine, she said: '''I would one day eventually love another child if I am blessed that way. I hope I will be.''

The 37-year-old beauty also opened up on the possibility of having cosmetic surgery in the future as she wants to feel as good on the outside as she does on the inside.

She explained: '''As you get older you start thinking, 'I feel better on the inside so why does everything else have to happen the other way round?!'

''Never say never to anything. I know older actresses in their mid-50s who do the little [face lift] ... You know, each to their own.''

Anna also admitted to having a ''vampire facial'' - where blood from the arm is injected into the face - but said she underwent the procedure ''only once''.

When it comes to her career, Anna thinks ''like a man'' and doesn't let rejection upset her too much.

She said: ''I try to think more like a man. Women are much more self-critical, they'll go, 'Oh, I did this wrong and that wrong.' Men just go, 'This happened and that's that.' ''
