'Dear White People' Netflix Reboot Gets Spring Release Date

The new teaser trailer for Netflix original series 'Dear White People' might be a discussion on acceptable Halloween costumes, but it's set to premiere long before then. The air date for the first series reveals we can expect it to arrive in the Spring.
The show is based on the critically acclaimed indie comedy of the same name which was directed by Justin Simien and released in 2014, and while some of the cast are making a return for the Netflix reboot, Antoinette Robertson and Logan Browning are new arrivals taking over their roles from Teyonah Parris and Tessa Thompson.
