Dry the River's new single, No Rest, is the band's next single following the release of their debut, New Ceremony. Their debut album, as yet untitled, is due to be released later this year.

Based in East London, Norwegian-born Peter Liddle, Matt Taylor, Scott Miller, classically-trained violinist Will Harvey and Jon Warren formed Dry the River in Spring 2009 and list their influences as: Leonard Cohen, At The Drive-In, Neil Young, Arlo Guthrie, Neutral Milk Hotel, Bruce Springsteen and Devendra Banhart, among others.

Their debut single, New Ceremony, was sold out on pre-order sales alone when it was released in March this year. Following its release, Dry the River received support from Radio 1, NME, The Sunday Times and XFM.
