Coco's wife, Pipi, is seven months pregnant and both are ecstatic about starting a new family. They decide to move into a small apartment in Buenos Aires that's perfect for their small family. No sooner have they settled in when they start hearing about a virus that's claiming an unusually high number of lives in Argentina.

Soon, though, it's not just Argentina, it's everywhere; all over the world, the virus is now an epidemic and thousands are dying. Coco and Pipi decide to stock up on food and essentials and it's a good thing that they do; on their return, the police are visiting the small apartment complex and telling them that it will be quarantined.

With nowhere to go, Coco and Pipi begin talking to their neighbours. Tensions run high and supplies soon become dangerously low. When the rumour spreads that an elderly resident may be infected, Coco teams up with another resident in order to protect his wife and unborn child.
