Syracuse is an Irish fisherman, he works long days and his daughter is the most important person in his life. The morning Syracuse was to meet Ondine started much like any other, it was an early morning and he was on his boat. When Syraceuse cast his nets, the load he was set to catch was beyond a mystery to him. To Syracuse's daughter Annie, Ondine and the story of her magical appearence is straight from a fairytale. As Ondine and Syraceuse get to know one and other, Syracuse falls for the Irish beauty. But anyone who's read a traditional fairytale knows the stories of true love are never as easy as they should be. Enchantment and darkness go hand in hand.
