Rea: My Wife And I Are Like MacCa And Linda

Rocker [Chris Rea](https://www.contactmusic.com/chris-rea) likens his relationship with wife JOAN to SIR PAUL McCARTNEY's devoted marriage with late spouse LINDA - as they do everything together.

The ROAD TO HELL hitmaker, 53, has dated his artist partner since they were both 16 and says he is still overawed by her poise and beauty.

Rea enthuses, "I used to shake and sweat when I first saw her because I was so self-conscious and she was so beautiful.

"After the sheer weight of the years, you go into the area of complete inseparability. I always understood how Paul McCartney was with Linda. I don't think in terms of anything that isn't for both of us, and Joan is the same."
