Pitt 'Upset' Over Argento Split

Hollywood hunk [Michael Pitt](https://www.contactmusic.com/michael-pitt) is reportedly devastated after being dumped by lover [Asia Argento](https://www.contactmusic.com/asia-argento).

According to insiders, [The Dreamers](https://www.contactmusic.com/the-dreamers) actor enjoyed a steamy fling on the set of upcoming movie THE HEART IS DECEITFUL ABOVE ALL THINGS and their affair continued throughout the recent filming of [Gus Van Sant](https://www.contactmusic.com/gus-van-sant)'s rock drama LAST DAYS.

However, on completion of the film - which is loosely based on the life of tragic [Nirvana](https://www.contactmusic.com/nirvana) frontman KURT COBAIN - Asia decided to end the romance, breaking Pitt's heart.

A pal tells American website PAGE SIX, "Michael is pretty upset."
