Fernandez Keeps It In The Family At Star Unveiling

Latino superstar [Alejandro Fernandez](https://www.contactmusic.com/alejandro-fernandez) made Los Angeles history on Friday (02DEC05) when he became the first celebrity to get a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame next to his father.

The Ranchera singer's father [Vicente Fernandez](https://www.contactmusic.com/vicente-fernandez) was among those present as his son was honoured.

Speaking to fans in Spanish, Alejandro Fernandez said, "I dedicate this to Mexico, to my fans, to my family and everyone who has been involved with my musical career."
