Alicia Keys, Usher and Will.I.AM will take to the stage to honour the late George Harrison at a charity fundraiser next month (Nov11).
Keys' charity Keep a Child Alive will pay tribute to the tragic Beatle guitarist at its annual Black Ball event for his "contributions to India".
The concert will be a star-studded affair - Mary J. Blige, jazz hitmaker Norah Jones and rapper Jay Sean will also be in attendance.
All proceeds from the New York City show will be dedicated to the charitable organisation, which helps kids affected by Hiv/Aids in Asia and Africa.
Harrison passed away after a battle with lung cancer in 2001.
