Fact: Actress Alexis Bledel had to call U.S. breakfast show Today on Tuesday (29Nov16) after becoming stuck in traffic en route to the New York City studios. The star had been booked to appear alongside her fellow Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life co-stars Lauren Graham, Kelly Bishop, and Scott Patterson for a cast interview about the new Netflix reboot, but she was unable to appear in person for the live TV chat. Apologising for her absence over the phone, she said, "I'm so sorry, we have the worst traffic!" Bledel finally made it to the studios and joined Lauren and Kelly for another interview in a later segment of the show.

Fact: Actor Milo Ventimiglia is set to reunite with his ex-girlfriend and former co-star Alexis Bledel when he reprises his role as Jess Mariano in the upcoming Gilmore Girls revival TV series. Ventimiglia portrayed Bledel's onscreen love interest, and the two dated offscreen from 2002 to 2006.
