The video was directed by Patrick Daughters and shot in London, to go with the Max Martin & Shellback-produced single. Daughters has previously worked with the likes of Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Muse, Feist and Snow Patrol, but this is the first music video he’s directed since 2013.
27 year old Adele is nominated for eight prizes at the Billboard Music Awards, and the broadcast is due to feature live performances from the likes of Meghan Trainor, Blake Shelton & Gwen Stefani, Justin Bieber, Britney Spears and Ariana Grande.

To tease her millions of fans, Adele posted a brief teaser from the video on Instagram on Monday afternoon. Since she didn’t shoot a video for the album’s second single ‘When We Were Young’ in January, this will be the first new visual material her fans have seen since the promo clip for ‘Hello’ in October last year.
The ceremony is due to be broadcast at 8pm Eastern Time on ABC, with Ludacris and Ciara hosting the bash from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Meanwhile, Adele is in the middle of a hugely successful and sold-out tour of Europe, which is due to hit Switzerland on Tuesday and will finish on June 15th. After a short break, she’s due to kick off the North American leg on July 5th in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
