With a number one single, a new album and two upcoming TV specials, Adele is well and truly back.
Adele will play her largest New York City show to date next month, with a special concert at Radio City Music Hall which will be broadcast on NBC. Titled 'Adele Live in New York City', the show will be broadcast on December 14th, just a month after her new album 25 hits.
Adele will film a live special for NBC in November.
The show will be Adele's first U.S. gig since fall 2011. The special will be executive produced by Lorne Michaels, Adele and Jonathan Dickins, and directed by Beth McCarthy-Miller.
The special is the latest in a string of already announced TV appearances for the singer as she promotes 25. Adele will also perform on 'Saturday Night Live' on November 21st, the day after 25 is released. She will then appear on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' on November 23rd and 'Today' on November 25th.
Over in the UK the BBC has announced a planned one hour Adele special, to be broadcast later this year, which will also include a chat with Graham Norton. The show is set to be recorded on November 2nd 2015, though it is not yet known what date it will air.
Speaking to the BBC Adele said, 'I can't wait. Graham and I get on great so it's going to be a laugh'. While Norton added, ’This opportunity to spend an hour with Adele, her music and her stories is a truly rare treat. If I wasn't hosting this special I'd be sat at home watching it.'
