The Parks and Recreation star reveals he was in the middle of filming a restaurant fight sequence with co-star Jason Sudeikis when he started to feel really ill and became paralysed on the floor.

He says, "(It was) terrible, I guess I was dehydrated or something... it was like, 100 degrees and I had got dehydrated and got sun stroke.

"We were shooting this scene where we have this fight and I was on the ground and I couldn't move. (I felt) like (I was) going to die. (I felt) like (I was) going to throw up and then die. I didn't know what was happening, I was very scared and nauseous."
