For those of you who missed the last (record breaking) episode, here's a quick recap (spoilers - so beware!)

Agent Gomez is dead and Hank is injured. Walt begs for his brother-in-law's life in exchange for the millions in cash Walt has stashed in the desert. Jack is merciless and shoots Hank dead. Walt loses seven of the eight cash he has stored in the desert when Jack and his crew take them. Along with the barrels, Jesse is taken as a hostage so he can cook meth for with Todd. Walt admits to Jesse that he watched Jane die. Walt is left in the desert where he eventually finds an elderly man willing to sell him a truck, using some money from his barrel.

Walt drives home and attempts to pack up the family house. Meanwhile Marie has told Skyler Walt is in Hank's custody. Walt Jr. is still uncertain about his father's criminal activities, but Skyler promises to tell him. When Skyler returns home to find Walt packing, but she refuses to leave with him. In response, Walt takes Holly and sets off. Skyler attempts to contact the police but Walt rings her and warns her against interfering. Finally, Walt's lawyer, Saul, helps him assume a new identity whilst he leaves Holly at a fire station.

The finale of the series is due to air on AMC on September 29th, with its penultimate episode airing this Sunday (22nd September).
