Italian alternative rockers A Classic Education have released a new video for forthcoming single 'Baby, It's Fine' ahead of a new run of European live dates, which includes Eurosonic. Full details of the live shows are below. A Classic Education are also set to support Cloud Nothings and Ganglians in the States in February and March, with UK dates to be announced soon.
'Baby, It's Fine' is taken from A Classic Education's debut album 'Call It Blazing', which was released by Lefse Records last month and was produced by Jarvis Taverniere (Woods, Vivian Girls, Real Estate, Widowspeak, Ganglians) in his Rear House studio in Brooklyn in 2011. The band wrote Call It Blazing in their hometown of Bologna, Italy.
A Classic Education is fronted by Canadian-born Jonathan Clancy, along with Paul Pieretto (bass), Giulia Mazza (organ, vocals), Luca Mazzieri (guitar, vocals) and Federico Oppi (drums, percussion).
'Call It Blazing' follows hot on the heels of a string of acclaimed EPs and singles that have sent A Classic Education around the world numerous times, playing with like-minded bands Wolf Parade, Real Estate, Crystal Stilts, The Fresh & Onlys, British Sea Power and Arcade Fire. They have also played festivals such as Primavera Sound, SXSW, Indietracks and CMJ.
