The scene in question, which features former MTV presenter-turned-actress La La Anthony topless, were uploaded to MediaTakeOut.com earlier this week (begs15Jun15), prompting 50 Cent, who executive produces the series for U.S. network Starz, to threaten legal action.

Taking to Instagram.com on Tuesday (16Jun15), he wrote, "Shout out to MediaTakeOut for showing La La some love and showing her scene early. For doing that, I'm not gonna take it personal, so don't take it personal with me when they (network executives) sue you til (sic) you're blue in the face."

The article has since been removed from the website, while 50 Cent has deleted his Instagram posts about the leak.

Starz officials have yet to confirm if they will pursue legal action.

Meanwhile, Anthony, real name Alani Nicole Vazquez, reveals her husband won't be watching when her first sex scene airs on 27 June (15).

She tells Latina magazine, "(He said), 'I know it’s your job, but I don’t want to watch...'"
