Stockton based band the Young Rebel Set have announced their new single, 'Red Bricks' will be released on August 21st. It is taken from their debut album, 'Curse Our Love', which is out now on the label 'Big Flame'. The single will come with an exclusive B-side, 'Fingertips'.
The video for Red Bricks was directed by Luke Snellin; it shows a young couple spending the night together in an abandoned cottage in the middle of a field, initially exploring it, before sitting in front of a campfire and then falling asleep in each others' arms.
Young Rebel Set was formed by singer songwriter Matty Chipchase and his friends: Paddy Jordan (guitar/keyboard); Dave Coombe (harmonica); brothers Andy and Chris Parmley (guitar and bass respectively); Mark Evans (mandolin) and his brother Luke (drums).
Young Rebel Set spent three years working on their debut album, in between touring the UK and Europe and building a dedicated fan base.
