Rapper Yo Gotti has been slapped with a copyright infringement lawsuit over his hit song 28 Bars.
Musician Eric Dion Flemming is suing the hip-hop star, real name Mario Mims, alleging he submitted the composition to Gotti's Inevitable Entertainment artist Starlito.
A copy of the track was handed to Gotti and he allegedly used it without permission on the 2009 tune.
Flemming filed suit in Tennessee on Wednesday (06Jun12) and is asking for a trial by jury to determine how much he should receive in damages, reports AllHipHop.com.
Gotti's manager Brandon Cottrell has also been named in the lawsuit, alongside video director Jordan Tower.
