A representative for Willie Nelson has assured fans the singer is feeling better after experiencing breathing problems over the weekend (18-19Aug12).
The 79 year old was due perform at a fundraising event in Denver, Colorado on Saturday (18Aug12), but he pulled out of the show at the last minute after suffering respiratory problems due to emphysema.
Early reports suggested the country legend had been hospitalised as a precaution, however, his spokeswoman Elaine Schock has set the record straight, insisting the Just Breathe hitmaker was simply struggling with altitude sickness - but he recovered on his own.
She tells the New York Times, "He's fine. He's on the road to the next gig, and he's not in any danger."
Nelson is next set to take the stage in Dallas, Texas on Tuesday (21Aug12).
