Music producer William Orbit has vowed never to work with Damon Albarn again after the Blur frontman walked out of a recording session last year (12).

The reunited British band headed into a studio with Orbit to lay down new tracks but the sessions were abandoned when Albarn quit without warning in April (12).

Now Orbit has revealed he has blacklisted the band from future bookings over the walkout and accused them of failing to pay him for his time.

He tells NME magazine, "Oh don't start me on Blur. Put it this way, I'm not going to work with them again - Damon was really awful. That's all I'll say. Let's put it this way, I wouldn't care to go back. I wouldn't be hurrying back to do that album. I didn't get paid! But, you know, I'm not the first."
