It seems that all of Will Smith 's encounters with aliens on the big screen is starting to confuse his son Jaden Smith, but Jaden wasn't just going to take his father's word on the subject as he went all the way to the top to quiz President Barack Obama over the existence of extra-terrestrials during a family visit to the White House.
During a recent interview on Bbc Radio 1, the star of such sci-fi hits as Independence Day and the Men in Black trilogy spoke to Chris Moyles about the embarrassing incident at the White House involving his 13-year-old son. Will said that Jaden dropped the question whilst they were shown around the 'situation room' to which President Obama replied, in perfect form, "the aliens, right? OK, I can neither confirm or deny the existence of extra-terrestrials but I can tell you if there had been a top secret meeting and if there would have been a discussion about it, it would have taken place in this room." Whilst maybe not the question his son was after, the Mib3 star commended his quick reaction and handling of the question, adding; "this is why he is the president."
During the same interview, Will got a chance to speak about upcoming projects he's involved in as well as the hectic lifestyle he and the rest of his family endure year round. He also told Moyles that they used the winter period for some well needed catching up time, with pretty much the whole family being involved in a Hollywood project the year round.
