A drummer who toured with Whitney Houston and British band Take That has pleaded guilty to stealing more than $136 (£80) worth of gasoline.
Steve Tate - who was known in the music world as Steve Washington - filled his Jaguar with fuel at a garage in England and drove away without paying.
He pleaded guilty to the theft at Folkestone Magistrates' Court in Kent, England and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to repay the $148 (£86.86) he stole.
Tate, 52, was released from prison in 2012 after serving a four-year sentence for robbing a bank.
