Fact: Film director Wes Craven is developing a TV series based on his 1991 movie THE PEOPLE UNDER THE STAIRS. Craven will serve as the executive producer for the pilot. The series is the first for the moviemaker, who has signed a first-look deal with Universal Cable Productions.
