Billionaire businessman Warren Buffett has been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
The 81 year old insists his condition is not "life-threatening" and in a letter to shareholders at investment group Berkshire Hathaway Inc. he has announced he will embark on a two-month treatment plan this summer (12).
In the letter, obtained by the Associated Press, he writes, "I feel great... and my energy level is 100 per cent. I discovered the cancer because my Psa level recently jumped beyond its normal elevation and a biopsy seemed warranted."
Buffett is one of the world's richest men and a leading philanthropist.
