Vince Neil has explained the incident at a Las Vegas hotel which resulted in a war of words with staff and a ban from the venue, insisting workers refused to give him a table he requested.
The Motley Crue rocker dined at Palms restaurant Little Buddha in Sin City last week (28Mar12) and later took to Twitter.com to criticise the eaterie's service and urge fans to boycott the resort.
Hotel bosses hit back, accusing the star of "inappropriate behaviour" and banning him from the venue.
Neil has now explained what happened to cause the bust-up, revealing he wanted to sit at one of the restaurant's booths but staff refused because he was dining with a party of less than four.
He tells the Las Vegas Sun, "They (the booths) were empty anyway. I offered to buy a magnum of champagne, which cost more than what a fourth guest would eat, but the manager refused. We ate at the bar, paid the bill and then while playing at the Mint Lounge were told by security to leave. None of it made sense. Thus, my tweets and then all the other tweets from former Palms employees and customers in support of me."
