Vince Neil has been charged with domestic violence and disorderly conduct for allegedly "striking" his ex-girlfriend in the chest with his finger, reports The incident occurred in Las Vegas last month, according to recently released court documents.
The documents, filed last week in Nevada, accuse Neil of committing a crime by "forcing his way into the Shimmer lounge at the Las Vegas Hilton while a performance was occurring", he then allegedly "poked three people with his right index finger ... each time stating the words, f**k you". The documents also state that one of Neil's victim was his ex-girlfriend Alicia Jacobs, who told the authorities that she was "forcefully poked in her right shoulder blade". The two other individuals involved were the local journalist John Katsilometes and Wayne Newton's sister-in-law Patricia Mccrone. Both of the charges filed against the 50-year-old are misdemeanours.
Vince Neil is likely to face a heavy penalty if found guilty of the new charges. He is currently on probation for a Dui conviction last year.
