The late night host, who’s been embroiled in a feud with Rollins for the past few weeks, ‘went low’ on the wrestler, after things turned ugly during a sit down segment between the two.
The 'Daily Show's' Jon Stewart
It all started nearly a month ago when Rollins, who calls himself the future of the WWE, declared on 'Raw' he was now untouchable and could do anything he wanted, even take over as host of ‘The Daily Show’ and “make that thing actually watchable.”

Think you had a bad day? Well Vince McMahon lost $350 million last Friday.
WWE Chairman Vince Mcmahon lost an estimated $357million on Friday, yes that’s million. The loss, which came due to the share price of WWE stocks taking a massive tumble, meant that Vince is no longer a billionaire, but he’s still a very wealthy man. Though his wallet might have suffered a huge dent, does it really spell trouble for the WWE, or is it a blow the company can easily shake off?
WWE Chairman Vince McMahon
How do you lose over $350 million in one day? Well for Vince McMahon it happened after the WWE announced their new network television deal, which was less than impressive to Wall Street. The new deal which sees WWE programming stay with NBCUniversal is estimated to be worth around $150million, which, while impressive, was around a third less than what they were expecting. Shareholders had been early awaiting the new TV deal announcement, after they were left underwhelmed at the performance of the WWE Network so far.
The Ultimate Warrior, who passed away today, will be forever remembered by WWE fans for his legendary career
The passing of the Ultimate Warrior has come as a tragic and sudden shock to WWE fans past and present. The man who was born James Hellwig and legally changed his name to Warrior had, in the last four days, made a triumphant return to the wrestling spotlight, and taken his place among their Hall of Fame legends. Now his untimely passing has brought a tragic end to what should have been a celebration of the career of one of wrestling’s most iconic figures.
Any writing on the Ultimate Warrior this week was supposed to be concerning his return to the WWE fold and his induction into their Hall of Fame on Saturday. It was supposed to be on how last Sunday, he remerged to a reception worthy of a Hall of Famer, how on Monday he appeared on WWE Raw to don the mask and jacket and shake the ropes as the Ultimate Warrior once again. The speech he gave on Monday night has now become even more poignant, as he told fans, "every man’s heart one day beats its final beat. His lungs breathe their final breath. And if what that man did in his life what makes the blood pulse through the body of others and makes them bleed deeper and something larger than life then his essence, his spirit, will be immortalised. By the story tellers, by the loyalty, by the memory of those who honour him and make the running the man did live forever.’' For his legions of fans, the Ultimate Warrior was one superstar who could never be forgotten.
