Supafly mark their comeback with the release of the new video for 'Happiness', which is due for release on September 30th on DRMA Productions.
The video features an airport, full of passengers awaiting their flights to various business meetings, holiday destinations and homes when, oh no! all the flights are indefinitely delayed! The only thing left to do for the droves of stranded ticket holders is dance around like crazy to Supafly's latest single, Happiness. Of course, body searches of women wearing inexplicable cat suits ensue. The fun lasts until the plane get's a departure time, and the pilots become intoxicated by a mysterious narcotic concealed in a bottle discovered by security, who also can't resist it's powerful odour. All in all, it's a party for everyone involved, and represents a classic Supafly production.
Featuring the vocal talents of Shahin Badar, who many will remember from The Prodigy's Smack My Bitch Up, Happiness blends Supafly's myriad styles, of which there are many, into the fold. Their catchy, upbeat sound expertly combines with London-born Mister P's hip-hop, rap, house and funk influence, and with singer One's penchant for reggae, soul and West African styles, their genre is indefinable.
Best known for the international club this 'Let's Get Down' and 'Moving Too Fast', Supafly went on to win Best Newcomer at the Urban Music Awards before embarking on a huge world tour that saw them play shows across Australia, Europe, Russia and Asia, with audiences reaching 50,000.
